NATIONAL MUSIC WEEK, is celebrated during the first full week in May (first Sunday thru second Sunday). Observance gives an opportunity to focus attention of all Americans on music as a dynamic means of communication between people.

Other observances included coloring poster provided by The National Federation of Music Clubs for children at local schools.
